Ethical problems in IT – INFRASTRUCTURE

Infrastructure

According to http://www.netenrich.com the “Non-existent back-up and disaster recovery strategies” is first on their list. Well, for me, I really agree with that. We all know how important our files are, most especially for organizations, companies or offices. This is really applicable because disasters can happen anywhere, anytime, and we cannot determine right away when the disaster strikes. For example, Lyndon owns a business and its in a good condition right now, there are plenty of clients, and projects are non-stop. But then, there was a Level-4 typhoon, and then their office was flooded. Unluckily, his laptop and their office computers were destroyed. So, the files they need for their clients were all lost. My solution so that this incident won’t happen is to store their files in Drives, Dropbox, etc. (cloud-based) and also to store their files in their external drives, too! #ACCESS
